Here at Waiheke Demolition asbestos testing and removal is our specialty. Our professional and highly trained staff are equipped to deal with the hazardous business of asbestos testing and removal from all residential environments. Asbestos is removed following strict Ministry of Health and Work Safe guidelines.
BUILDING
Did you know that we’re also licensed builders too? That’s right, at Waiheke Demolition we can help re-instate materials or provide you with general building services that you might need after asbestos has been removed or demolition complete. SALVAGE & RECYCLING

At Waiheke Demolition, we are passionate about waste minimisation and work hard to salvage materials that are in good condition. We’re looking for things like doors, windows, benches, basins, cabinetry, sinks, toilets, timber, aluminum etc. All materials are transported back to Auckland where they are then sold at recycling yards.
ABOUT US
Hamish Cormack has been working as an asbestos removal professional for over 20 years. He ‘cut his teeth’ working in Construction from 1995 to 1999 in New Zealand then onto Australia and England working as a builder/project manager. Hamish returned home in 2005, started a family and setup Waiheke Demolition Ltd on Waiheke.
